Hi!
My name is Lindsey and I am a personal trainer, AND a food lover from Philly. I wanted to create a blog to tell others that you can love food and still be healthy, the only catch is, you have to work out. I want to share exercises and fitness tips and ideas, as well as recipes for yummy healthy eating (of course with a little bit of cheating added in there too.) You don't need to eat rice cakes and raw veggies to be healthy and I am here to prove that to you.
